General FAQ's

  • Can I postpone my booking?

    Yes, anytime. However we require 14 days notice to avoid a postponement fee of 10% of the vessel charge and full cost of the skipper and any catering

  • What happens if it rains?

    Please dress for the weather. We sail in most weather conditions.

    You can postpone or cancel if the weather is not suitable for sailing.

    Please note there are no refunds. If you postpone as per our conditions, your payment may be held in the form of a credit that can be used towards your re-scheduled date or another Sydney By Sail on-water activity.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Refunds are not available except under special circumstances.

  • What forms of payment do you take?

    Cash, eftpos, most major credit cards including VISA or Mastercard. ( No American Express)

    We accept personal cheques one week prior to the day of departure.

  • How long are gift vouchers valid for?

    Vouchers are valid 6 months from the purchase date.
